Responsibilities

• Develop compelling dashboards for growth, operations, and finance teams to monitor performance metrics, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Engage with diverse data sets including sales, finance, operations, supply chain, and logistics to drive strategic and tactical business decisions.
• Lead analytical projects, providing critical data-backed insights to shape business strategies.
• Automate routine tasks using advanced dashboards and workflows, enhancing operational efficiency and communication across teams.
• Design and develop bespoke tools to support peak operational performance and business efficiency.

Requirements

Mandatory:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics, with expertise in developing dashboards and tools.
• Proficient in Big Query, SQL, PowerBI, and/or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and query optimization.
• Strong business insight and financial analysis familiarity.

Preferred:

• Experience with R/Python and the e-commerce sector.
• Demonstrated ability to design user-centric and visually engaging dashboards.
